La Petite in Cajon del Maipo was our family's recent getaway, and it provided a pleasant base for our adventure in the stunning nature of Chile. With its quaint vibe and a cozy setting, we immediately felt at home. We arrived to friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and the kids loved the fun decor in the restaurant, filled with postcards from France. Our family of five stayed in a slightly cramped room but appreciated the rustic charm - after all, who needs spacious rooms when you're out exploring? The continental breakfast was a simple yet satisfactory start to our mornings, and we did enjoy some delightful desserts during dinner, which the kids devoured. We took advantage of the local scenery for some outdoor exploration while easily accessing places of interest, including the nearby National Stadium. One note for families: cable programming was available, making for cozy movie nights after a long day of hiking. La Petite was a solid choice that allowed us to relax and reconnect. It might not have all the bells and whistles, but it captures a unique family-friendly charm!
